All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

The carrier for your order will be selected based on your location, package size, and shipping method.

 

Order Tracking

You can track the status of your order 24 hours after it has been shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. Please note, Faircovers will not be responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.

 

Delivery Issues

Lost or Stolen Packages

Faircovers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the package as delivered. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please:

1. Check with neighbors or household members

2. Look around your property for a safe dropoff location

3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number 

If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please take photographs of the damaged packaging and product, and contact us at support@faircovers.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, which may include sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Faircovers is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@faircovers.com. We will make every effort to correct it before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to reship the order.

 

Shipping Delays 

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

 Weather conditions

 Carrier delays

 High volume during peak seasons

 Unforeseen logistical issues

Estimated delivery dates do not include weekends, public holidays, or shipping delays caused by the above factors. Any delay due to shipping must be addressed directly with the carrier.

Faircovers is not liable for any delays in delivery once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

 

Partial Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately depending on product availability and warehouse location. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

 

 Cancellations and Changes

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes as the order may have already been processed for shipment.

Faircovers offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.
