If you ordered a standard-size product, please contact us within 6 hours of placing the order to make changes or cancellations. For custom-size products, production begins very quickly. Once the manufacturing process for your custom dimensions has started, the order cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Please review your order summary carefully before completing your payment.
